This interest session will deal with the unique challenges and opportunities that come from directing an all-female a cappella group. Participants will learn how to harness the strengths of a female group, including depth of emotion, group dynamics, song selection, minimizing the "weaknesses" that come from range limitations, and insecurities while performing, as well as exercises for each area that can be shared with your group!
