Red lipstick, cute clothes and a pitch pipe…ready for action is Crimson! Cheyenne Mountain High School has been proud to have this a cappella ensemble in their vocal music department since 2002! Cheyenne Mountain HS sits in the shadow of Cheyenne Mountain in Colorado Springs, CO.

Crimson has enjoyed success at various events in CO and around the country. Crimson earned a spot into the ICHSA Nationl Finals in NYC seven times! In CO they have taken 1st place several times at the CHSAA Jazz & A Cappella Festival, and at Mile High Vocal Jam.

Crimson has performed several times for the CO Music Educators annual conference, city of Colorado Springs events, the National Department of Defense Symposium, NORAD special ceremonies, Medal of Valor ceremonies and other community events. They love any opportunity to perform in the community and for their peers. They recently enjoyed opening for professional groups FACE in Boulder, SIX in Branson, and Motive in Denver. Crimson appeared on the BOHSA album in 2005 and 2008.

The ladies are looking forward to various festivals, concerts and events this semester!
